Scalloped Festool Planing Head HK 82 RW (485331)

This is an accessory planing head for the Festool Planer HL 850 E-F-Plus (61999, sold separately). It features a convex profile for creating a scalloped or hand-hewn effect in solid wood, as though planed with a cambered hand plane. The head comes complete with a durable, precision-ground HSS blade pre-installed, and cuts are clean thanks to the spiral orientation of the blade. When the time comes, blade changes are fast and easy with just three screws, and there is no need to adjust the blade protrusion. Single-blade planing head.
