The Mittler Bros. 2-1/2″ Punch & Bead Tool creates a smooth punched hole with a decorative and structural raised bead around it — all in one easy step. Simply drill a small pilot hole for the draw bolt, apply the tool, and tighten the bolt. The result is a clean 2-1/2″ hole surrounded by a crisp raised bead that adds both visual interest and panel stiffness in a single operation.
Unlike the Punch & Flare (which produces a flared lip), the Punch & Bead creates a symmetrical raised bead on both sides of the panel — a popular choice for race car bodywork, interior panels, dashboards, and fabricated components where appearance matters as much as function. Can also be used as a hole punch only by removing the female bead ring and using just the punch and die. Works in the Mittler Bros. 3, 5, or 10-ton Bench Press or with just a wrench and pilot hole.
