Veritas Steel Straightedge – 36 inch

At some point, every woodworker needs a machinist’s straightedge. The problem is that good ones are expensive. These straightedges from Veritas are accurate enough to set up woodworking machines and check surfaces – without breaking your budget. The steel straightedge is 1-1/2″ wide and 3/8 thick. Both edges are milled to within 0.001″ over the length. It has a hole near the end for hanging storage.
