The Mittler Bros. Triangle Punch & Flare Kit includes all three Triangle Punch & Flare tool sizes plus the Universal Press Block — everything you need to punch smooth, flared triangle holes in sheet metal panels right out of the box. Each tool creates a clean triangle hole with or without a finished 1/4″ flare in a single press stroke, using three alignment pin pilot holes drilled with the included drill template.
Three sizes — 1-1/2″, 2″, and 2-1/2″ — cover the full range of triangle hole sizes used in race car body panels, dash panels, floors, and custom fabricated sheet metal. Works on aluminum up to .060″, mild steel up to .060″ (16 gauge), and stainless steel up to .040″. Precision machined from heat-treated tool steel to a Rockwell hardness of 58. Made in the USA.
