These pads are used on the RO 90 FEQ Rotex Sanderwith Deltex triangular sanding padand the Festool DX93 Deltex Sander (now discontinued). The pad mounts to the sander using a metal snap and can be rotated three times if you start to wear out the front corner. The sides are slightly convex to facilitate sanding against edges. Sandpaper mounts to the pad using StickFix (hook & loop) attachment.
Types
- Soft (SSH-STF-V93/6-W/2) — This is the standard pad supplied with both sanders. It is used for most sanding applications, including corners and hard to reach areas.
- Hard (SSH-STF-V93/6-H/2) — The hard pad is used when sanding large flat surfaces or narrow edges. (It won’t wrap around the edges and round the corners of a board.)
Please note:These pads do not fit the thin, extended triangular sanding padfor the RO 90 FEQ Rotex Sander.
