The Mittler Bros. 7-Piece Dimple Die Kit includes four of the most commonly used dimple die sizes — 1/2″, 1″, 1-1/2″, and 2″ — in a single purchase. Each die flanges or flares an existing hole in sheet metal to create a pronounced 45° dimple for improved strength and appearance. The 45° dimple angle is more aggressive than competing dimple dies, designed specifically based on feedback from off-road fabricators who wanted a sharper, more pronounced result.
Works on mild steel up to .125″ thick, 4130 chrome-moly, and aluminum. Use in a hydraulic press for best results. Dimple dies require an existing hole — they flange and dimple the material around the hole, not punch through it. Available in larger sets or as individual sizes if you need specific additions.
