The Mittler Bros. 2-1/2″ Fill Cap Assembly is a steel welded bung and aluminum cap assembly used as a filler cap on rear-end housings, weight bars, and other fabricated components. The steel bung is MIG welded directly into the housing or tube, and the aluminum cap threads in to seal the opening for fluid fill and access.
A simple, clean, and professional finishing touch for any rear-end housing build or custom fabrication project. Works great as a fill point for rear-end gear oil, or as a cap for weight bar tubes and other hollow fabricated components. Made in the USA.
