The Mittler Bros. 1/2″ Long Drain Bung & Plug is a weld-on drain assembly for rear-end housings and other fluid reservoirs. The long steel weld bung MIG welds directly into the housing, and the 1/2″ pipe thread plug threads in to seal the drain port — giving you a clean, functional drain point with extra reach wherever you need it.
Perfect for adding a drain port to any reservoir where a factory drain plug doesn’t exist — rear-end housings, custom oil tanks, fluid reservoirs, and fabricated components. The longer profile provides added reach when you need the drain port to extend further into or below the housing wall. Includes weld bung and pipe plug. Made in the USA.
