The Mittler Bros. 9-Piece Flare Tool Set covers the complete range of common panel hole sizes from 1/2″ through 2-1/2″ — adding a clean, finished flare to an existing hole for improved strength and appearance in one easy step. A flare tool guide ring centers the tooling in your precut hole, then the supplied bolt draws the tool together to form a perfect 1/4″ radius flare.
Use it in the Mittler Bros. Bench/Louver Press (sold separately), or simply place the two halves of the die on either side of the hole and draw the tool together with a standard wrench. Rated for up to .063″ (16 gauge) mild steel. Precision machined from heat-treated steel for years of use.
